Payment methods for business customers (B2B), institutions, and public entities

Business customers, institutions, and public organizations may also use the “purchase on account” payment method, subject to approval.

Orders can be placed:
– through our online store
– by email
– by phone
– by fax

Important: When placing an order online, please select the "Purchase on account" payment method at checkout, if available.

Invoices are issued via email on the day of shipment. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, payment is due within 14 days, net.

For existing customers of ARO Fluid and Tooltechnik GmbH, the individually agreed payment terms apply.

Review of the "purchase on account" payment method

We reserve the right to check the creditworthiness of the customer before or after accepting an order. In this context, it may be necessary to provide suitable evidence, in particular:

– Current extract from the commercial register (no older than 3 weeks)
– Valid VAT identification number
– Proof of management authority or power of representation

Selecting the "Purchase on Account" payment method does not guarantee that this option will be granted.

We expressly reserve the right to change the payment method—particularly for first-time orders, incomplete information, or a negative credit check—and to specify a different payment method (e.g., prepayment) instead.

There is no entitlement to delivery on account.

Payment Methods for Individual Customers (B2C)

Individual customers can complete their order using the online payment methods offered at checkout.

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout based on the order, delivery country, and shopping cart.

Purchase on account is not available to private customers.

There is no entitlement to a specific payment method.
