Payment

 

You are welcome to choose between different payment methods in our arowebshop.

 

As a private customer, we offer you the following payment options:

 

As a business customer, institution or public body, you can also select purchase on account as the payment method. Place your order with us online, by fax, by phone or by email. Select invoice as the payment method when ordering online. You will receive the invoice with the payment terms of 14 days net by e-mail on the day of dispatch.

If you are an existing customer of ARO Fluid und Tooltechnik GmbH, your agreed payment terms will of course be accepted.

We reserve the right to inform ourselves about the creditworthiness of your company and to ask you for the following documents:
Current excerpt from the commercial register (not older than 3 weeks)
VAT identification number
Proof of the managing director or authorised representative.
We can of course deliver to any company or institution without the documents listed above, on account. However, we would like to reserve the right to change the requested payment method to invoice, at our own discretion and without any explanation. Especially for first-time orders, it may be the case that we ask for payment in advance.
