You are welcome to choose between various payment methods in our arowebshop.

As a private customer, we offer you the following payment options:

Payment

Our online shop offers different payment methods depending on the type of customer.

Payment for private customers (B2C)

Private customers can only complete their order using the online payment methods offered at checkout.

Purchase on account is not available to private customers.

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout depending on the order, delivery country, and shopping cart.
There is no entitlement to a specific payment method.

Payment for business customers (B2B), institutions, and public entities

Business customers, institutions, and public institutions can also use the "purchase on account" payment method, subject to verification.

Orders can be placed:
– via our online shop
– by email
– by phone
– by fax

When ordering online, please select the payment method "Purchase on account" at checkout, if this option is available.

Invoices are sent by email on the day of dispatch.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, payment is due within 14 days net.

For existing customers of ARO Fluid and Tooltechnik GmbH, the individually agreed payment terms apply.

Review of the "purchase on account" payment method

We reserve the right to check the creditworthiness of the customer before or after accepting an order. In this context, it may be necessary to provide suitable evidence, in particular:

– Current extract from the commercial register (not older than 3 weeks)
– Valid VAT identification number
– Proof of management or power of representation

Selecting the payment method "purchase on account" does not constitute a claim to its granting.
We expressly reserve the right to change the payment method, in particular for first-time orders, incomplete information, or negative credit checks, and to specify a different payment method (e.g., prepayment) instead.

There is no entitlement to delivery on account.
